Dr. Biggs has a strong interest in Wellness Care for the entire family and a love for treating children. With a long history of sports competition, including some college basketball, she also enjoys working with athletes. In practice, Dr. Biggs uses multiple treatment techniques including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, Cox Flexion Distraction, Myofascial Release, and Acupuncture to customize each of her patients’ treatments to help them receive the highest possible benefits of chiropractic care. Her strong interest in nutrition and natural internal health therapies also allow her to optimize her patients’ results. Dr. Biggs believes that every patient is different, and as such, each patients’ treatment and technique protocol at Biggs Chiropractic and Acupuncture is unique.
Dr. Christina lives just outside of Lee’s Summit with her wonderful husband, Neal, her three amazing sons, Oliver, Hank, and Walt and her adorable four-legged kids. As a family, they enjoy spending lots of time outdoors and traveling. They spend a lot of time hiking, exploring, catching critters of all types, and playing in the mud.
"Our family has been treated by Dr. Christina for almost 5 years. While getting regular adjustments, we have not needed to see our family physician once. Just one example is our son who has struggled with ear infections. With chiropractic, when an ear infection started, Dr. Christina increased adjustments over a 10-day period and the infection went away, no antibiotics. With maintenance adjustments we feel great all the time! Thank you for keeping our family healthy Dr. Christina!"
"Dr. Biggs has been wonderful! She put me on a NO SUGAR, NO yeast diet and in 6 weeks I have lost 19 lbs! NOT having sugar and yeast in my body has given me more energy and I'm feeling great!
